Harvesting follows traditional wild-collection methods practised for generations across the forests of the Terai.
Because these hives exist within a natural ecosystem rather than managed apiaries, each harvest is shaped by the rhythms of the forest — flowering cycles, seasonal changes, rainfall, and the availability of forage.
After collection, the honey is gently sieved to remove natural impurities. Beyond that, intervention is kept to a minimum. We believe the less we do, the more of the honey's natural character remains intact.
No two harvests are exactly alike. Differences in colour, aroma, flavour, and texture are part of what makes a seasonal food meaningful.
Every batch is independently tested for quality, purity, and compliance with food safety standards before it reaches your table.
